Account Executive Denver, Colorado

mGive is seeking an Account Executive to join the Sales team. This position will be an integral part of the team of professionals responsible for achieving sales and revenue goals for assigned verticals using the mGive mobile solution set. 

Key Responsibilities:

•    Drive adoption of mGive solutions in the nonprofit marketplace through inside sales activities such as cold calling prospective clients, closing web generated leads and relationship building
•    Develop and implement a consultative sales approach to nonprofit clients by determining client requirements in order to effectively communicate mGive’s value proposition
•    Achieve and outstrip quarterly sales goals by maintaining a robust sales pipeline, creating demand and focusing on closing client opportunities on a monthly basis
•    Maintain excellent team relationship with all departments to ensure sales are generated, processed and transitioned to Campaign Strategies team efficiently to achieve high client satisfaction
•    Create management reports, analyze performance, study market trends and recommend innovative company actions to senior management
•    Identify and cultivate productive partnerships for mGive
•    Represent mGive at industry (nonprofit and mobile) events as needed

Qualifications:

•    Minimum 4 years of experience in a proactive business development or sales role
•    Expert at cold calling prospective clients
•    Proven track record of successful sales delivery
•    Inside telephone sales experience a plus
•    Ability to create demand through high activity and high energy
•    Superior interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
•    Must be independent and self-motivated, but able to take direction
•    Excellent facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills
•    Enjoys creative, proactive problem solving
•    Ability to build cooperative working relationships with all team members
•    Experience with mobile solutions a plus
•    Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and decision makers

Campaign Strategies Account Manager Denver, Colorado

This position will be an integral part of the team of professionals responsible for the proactive support of nonprofit clients using the mGive mobile solution set.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver consultation to nonprofit clients by phone, web or in-person to identify core business issues and solutions using mobile programs and mGive solutions
• Become a subject-matter expert on the multiple aspects of mGive solutions to clearly articulate our complete solution offerings
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients by soliciting client feedback to maintain the highest level of satisfaction and retention
• Conduct strategic account review sessions and make recommendations to clients by identifying opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability within accounts
• Efficiently manage client escalations which may require interfacing with multiple internal teams including Sales, Marketing and Operations simultaneously
• Regularly identify and create client success stories by identifying client business issues and leading the development of a pipeline of solutions based on individual client needs
• Provide a strong lead on driving contract renewals by determining at-risk clients and developing plans to avoid contract termination
• Provide internal feedback on the introduction of new products and features

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in client service/ account management, marketing experience a plus
• Ability to form strong relationships with key client contacts at all levels
• Ability to assess client requirements and identify issues to take appropriate preventative action
• Ability to see trends in data, understand origin of data and incorporate data into meaningful reports
• Ability to think and act in a strategic and tactical manner
• Enjoys creative, proactive problem solving
